God is getting ready to do great things thru MCMT. We have targeted specific areas of concern in our community and are committed to make a difference in the lives of people. The program is diveded into 3 phases, to be implemented over a 2 year period. Our 3 phases consist of:

Phase 1
1. Mentoring
2. Job Apprenticeship
3. Daycare

Phase 2
1. Medical Clinics
2. Counseling Services
3. Mailbox Services for the Homeless
4. Classes for English for Hispanics, Citizenship, and GED

Phase 3
1. Halfway House
2. Temporary Family Shelter
3. Basic Needs Services

MCMT will give complete attention to the area of service that God has called us to. We will be accountable to our Advisory Board and to the folks we serve. We will be constantly measuring our results and report this information to our supporters. Our check and balance system will keep us focused on good stewardship of what God has entrusted us with.
